IMPERIAL SPA POLICY
To maintain the peaceful and relaxing environment, Imperial Spa respectfully request that all patrons reduce the noise level to low. Mobile phones or any electronic devices are strongly advised to be changed to silent mode to avoid disruption. Any damages to the spa properties of any kind will be solely bear by the patron. We reserve the rights to take any legal action against any patron who create nuisance or any disruption to the business.
Imperial Spa promotes full relaxation during treatments, so we promise and ensure that any form of selling tactics by our staffs is strongly prohibited during treatment.
Imperial Spa ensure that all personal data collected from patrons will be solely kept by the management of Imperial Spa for the record purposes of complete sales transactions.
Patrons are recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time for preparation before beginning the services.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that appointment might be voided if arrival is more than 15 minutes late.
Patrons who have any health conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before any spa services. Do advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect the services. Imperial Spa will not be responsible for any conditions resulted during/after spa if the health related issues are not highlighted beforehand.
Massage and Body Treatments
Patrons may consult with the therapist directly about style and depth of pressure prior to the service. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage treatments. Imperial Spa commits to bring excellence in all forms of services and accurately to the descriptions in any form of our marketing communications.
Imperial Spa promises to provide transparency on service details, prices, availability and terms of sales in all our marketing materials. Any form of dispute in relate to patron’s neglect on the stated clauses will not be under the account of Imperial Spa.
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
Loss or Damage
The management and staffs will not be responsible for any loss of money or damages in valuables of any kind that are brought into the Spa premise.
All prices of any service/package that are quoted will be fixed with exclusive of GST. Any add-on services that are requested after initial selection of service/package will be charged separately as it is not inclusive in the original price of service/package. Negotiation for price reductions will not be entertained. All discount promotion will be listed clearly in the shop or through Imperial Spa’s official marketing channels. Unauthorized promotions will not be valid or acknowledged.
Refund for services due to patron’s dissatisfaction is available upon mutual agreement between patron and Imperial Spa on the day of service rendered. No refund is allowed for any package signed. Transfer of signed package is possible as long as the patron authorizes.
Cash, NETS and all major credit cards are accepted. Only payment in Singapore Dollar Currency (SGD) will be charged and accepted. We do not accept any payment in cheque. Imperial Spa commit and ensure that the payment charged is as per what agreed and service taken by the patron. We reserve the rights to take any legal actions against any patron who failed to clear full payment after service.
